The normal
procedure
for
dealing
with
questioned
elections
in
the
Americas
is for
public
protests
after
which
the military
may
intervene
and
order
a
new
election.
The
U.S.
Constitution
states
"The
United States
shall
guarantee to
every State in
this Union a
Republican
Form of
Government."
Providing this
guarantee
is
one
of
the
President's
most important duties.
Vote-flipping
machines
and allowing
the
dead
to
vote
which
were
reported
in some
states
are
not
consistent
with
"a Republican Form of Government, "
If
the
election involves a political
issue rather than a judicial one as
SCOTUS
implied then President Donald Trump should be able to handle it the way other countries
deal
with
questioned
elections
order
a
new
election.
