Did SCOTUS Give POTUS Green Light on Election?

The normal procedure for dealing with  questioned elections in the Americas is for public  protests   after which  the military may intervene and order a new election.

The U.S. Constitution states  "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government."

Providing this   guarantee is  one of the  President's most important duties.   Vote-flipping machines and allowing   the dead  to vote which  were reported  in some states are  not consistent with  "a Republican Form of Government, "

If  the   election  involves a political issue  rather tha judicial one as SCOTUS implied then President Donald Trump should be able  to handle it the  way  other countries   deal with  questioned elections    order a new election.
